Yep, as Director of Grid Modernization at Duquesne Light Company, Russell is in charge of making sure we still have electricity in the future. Pretty freaking important job, I’d say!

Russell reached out last year for new headshots right after getting the promotion. When he announced it publicly, he wanted to make sure his headshot had the same voltage as his modern electrical grid!

But don’t let the crisp suit and vibrant smile fool you - his musical choice is heavy. We rocked out to Avenged Sevenfold during his session - head banging and posing at the same time!
