Somedays—it’s a hand-tied bridal bouquet on a sun-kissed Saturday morning. The trailing ribbon flutters while the cosmos dance in the summer breeze.

Yesterday—it was a small arrangement for a patient, too sick to attend the funeral of a loved one. Designed and delivered before the start of my 12-hour nursing shift on a rainy January afternoon.

A gentle reminder to hug the people you love. For better or for worse, in sickness and in health. ❣️

Both require being flexible, calm and prepared for unexpected circumstances.
Both require being detail-oriented and knowing when something just isn’t “right.”
Both require strong teamwork and communication skills.

Most importantly? Both require a strong understanding of your clients wants and needs, along with a plan to achieve them.
