It’s hard to think back 20 years ago. At times it feels like just yesterday, but then realizing the hit songs played at weddings were “Higher” by Creed, “Thong Song” by Sisqo, and “What a Girl Wants” by Christina Aguilera...puts it into perspective. So to think that our first wedding we booked at Fearrington Village (The Fearrington Barn Weddings & Special Events)was on September 23, 2000 with Doug Clark and The Hot Nuts, it’s a little hard to believe! That night started what has been a relationship with Fearrington Village we have been so fortunate to have! They know how to host and provide a backdrop for some unforgettable events. It’s been a true pleasure working with them and we’re looking forward to the next 20! Fearrington, keep an eye out for a Sam Hill gift soon!

PS - If you’ve never heard of Doug Clark and The Hot Nuts, picture the band from Animal House. They turned weddings into parties, and we’re a little surprised (and very relieved) Fearrington continued to work with us after that. 😉
