Shell Beach Floral Design is growing our wedding and events team, and we’re looking for an experienced floral designer to join us part-time.
We’re looking for someone with several years of professional floral design experience, particularly in weddings and events, who can move comfortably between client consultations, proposal development, floral production, delivery, and large-scale installation.
The ideal candidate has experience with both intimate bespoke weddings and larger full-service wedding installations, and is confident taking a concept from inspiration through ex*****on. Experience in retail floral design is a major plus.
We’re looking for a designer with a strong creative eye who knows how to make arrangements feel intentional, elevated, and editorial while still feeling natural and approachable. We’re drawn to floral design that feels artful, organic, editorial, and effortlessly abundant.
Think:
-Layered, textural designs with lots of movement and dimension
-Unexpected color combinations and nuanced palettes
-Loose, natural mechanics rather than overly structured or traditional arrangements
-A mix of delicate, wild, romantic, and unexpected elements
