💙 A Quick Note to Our Guild Community 💙

To all our wonderful members, vendors, and friends across the Guilds of Requiem—we want to ask for a little bit of your grace and patience right now.

Our amazing social media manager is currently navigating some health-related difficulties. Because of this, active updates across all of our official guild pages may be a bit quieter or more delayed than usual over the coming weeks.

📌 Please Note: You may still see some automated or pre-scheduled posts go live during this time, but our ability to respond to comments, messages, and real-time updates will be limited.

We love keeping you connected with everything happening in our community, but right now, supporting our team's health and well-being comes first.

Need immediate assistance? If you have urgent questions about onboarding, memberships, or upcoming events, please feel free to reach out directly via email at [email protected] or give us a call at 830-328-7130.

Thank you so much for your understanding, your kindness, and for being such a supportive community. Please join us in sending our manager the warmest wishes for a smooth recovery! 🌟

🏁 Sold Out Early? Here is Our Tear-Down Policy!
We love seeing our vendors succeed! However, even if your tables are empty before the day is done, there are a few things to keep in mind regarding our event wrap-up.

Stay for the Full Experience
To maintain a professional and vibrant atmosphere for all our guests, vendors are expected to stay until the official close of the event (typically 5:00 PM). This ensures that late-afternoon attendees still get to experience the full layout of the market.

If You Sell Out:

📰Post a Sign: We encourage you to leave your booth set up and display a "Sold Out" sign.
📱 Leave Your Info: Make sure your contact information or social media handles are visible so customers can find you later!
🌿 Enjoy the Day: Once your work is done, take the opportunity to network with fellow vendors or enjoy the rest of the event activities.

A Community Standard
Staying until the end supports your neighboring vendors and keeps the energy high for everyone involved. We appreciate your cooperation in making every event a success from start to finish!

Want to Join Our Next Event?
We are always looking for high-quality, handcrafted goods. Apply today to become a part of our community:

⏰ Mark Your Calendars: Vendor Load-In & Setup Times
We want your event morning to be as stress-free as possible! To help you plan your arrival and setup, here are the details for vendor check-in:

Event Day Schedule

Gates Open: 7:00 AM for all vendors and staff.

Ready to Ride: We ask that all vendors are fully set up and ready to greet our guests before the official event start time.

Need More Time?
We offer early setup on the Friday before the event for those who want to beat the morning rush. Take your time getting your display just right!

A Note on Security 🛡️
While you are welcome to set up your tent and heavy displays early, please do not leave any product or valuables unattended overnight. The Guild does not provide overnight security, so please keep your merchandise safe by bringing it with you and loading it in on event morning.

Become a Part of the Guild
We are currently reviewing applications for upcoming dates. If you have a unique craft or service, we’d love to hear from you!

🔌 Powering Your Booth: What Vendors Need to Know!

Planning your setup for our upcoming event? We’ve had a few questions regarding power access, and we want to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

The Current Setup
To stay true to our roots and the unique atmosphere of our venue, on-site electricity is currently not available for individual vendor spaces. All vendors must be fully self-contained.

Power Solutions We Support:

☀️ Solar Panels: We highly encourage the use of solar! It aligns perfectly with our philosophy of self-reliance and sustainability.

🤫 Quiet Generators: If you need to run credit card readers or small displays, quiet-run generators are permitted. We just ask that they don’t disrupt the experience for your neighbors or our guests.

Stay Prepared
Whether you’re using a mobile POS system or lighting up a display, please plan your power needs in advance to ensure a smooth weekend in the Hill Country!

Ready to Join Us?
We are looking for unique, high-quality vendors to join our community. Apply today at the link below:

🎪 Setting Up Your Space: Tents, Weights, and Hill Country Ground
Getting ready for market day? We’ve received several questions about equipment rentals, and we want to help you prepare for the unique terrain of our venue.

The Essentials
At this time, the Guild does not provide rentals for event equipment. All vendors are responsible for providing their own professional setup, including:

* Professional pop-up tents (10' x 10')
* Tables and display units
* Chairs

A Note on Safety & Texas Winds 🌬️
If you’ve spent time in the Hill Country, you know the winds can be unpredictable! To keep everyone safe, all tents must be properly weighted. Important Ground Tip: We are located on a beautiful site with hard caliche rock just 2 inches below the surface. This means traditional tent stakes will not work. Please plan to bring heavy weights (sandbags, water jugs, or concrete weights) to secure your canopy effectively.

Ready to showcase your craft?
We’re looking for high-quality vendors to join our community. Apply at the link below to secure your spot:

We look forward to seeing your unique setups in the Hill Country! 🛠️✨
