Events at Guilds of Requiem

Last Saturday Night were our monthly meetings. We started the night off with some comradery before hitting that record button to talk Homestead Winterization, then took a short break before rolling on into Space Station Requiem and a discussion on Kobayashi Maru.

We're still here. Ms Robin is recouping and will back to her normal insanity on posting on social media. Until then here are some photos of our 10th Anniversary ribbon cutting ceremony. Thank you again, Bandera County Chamber on Commerce, our volunteers, sponsors, guest speakers, vendors, and especially all of our amazing guests that came to the event!

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting our latest Events @ Guilds of Requiem Planning Committee meeting recap out to you all! Between a hectic schedule and server migrations, things slipped a bit, but we are back on track.

Brief Meeting Synopsis:
* September Event Recap: Our Bandera County Preparedness Event on September 19 was a massive success with over 300 guests, gorgeous weather, great vendor engagement, and vital community donations given to local volunteer fire departments and the out-of-the-way community corps.
* Looking Ahead to 2027: We discussed our core seasonal rhythms—focusing on homesteading and planting at our Spring Bazaar (March 20, 2027) and emergency preparedness at our Fall Event (September 18, 2027).
* Get Involved: We are actively looking for volunteers, sponsors, and local Bandera County vendors/presenters to expand our community learning centers and permanent shade structures.

Meeting Schedule Update:
We are looking to adjust our monthly virtual session days to better fit our community's schedule! If you'd like to choose an alternate day or time, please send us a DM. The meeting time will remain at 6:00 PM Central.

Note: Please exclude Mondays, Thursdays, and the 2nd and 4th Saturday.

My apologies on the late reminder. I have been unwell most of the week. While grateful for the rain we have received, it greatly impacts my ability to function.

Tonight's meeting is at 6:00 PM Central via ZOOM meeting ID 830 535 2022. You will need to sign into ZOOM to participate. Accounts are free and can be easily set-up through your GMail.

We will recap September's event, look forward to 2027 events, discuss how to be a part of the action, and answer any questions you may have.
