***** Call for Volunteers: Make a Difference in Our Community! *****

Guilds of Requiem, Inc. is gearing up for the Bandera County Preparedness Event on September 19th, and we need your help to make it a success!

As an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we offer verified volunteer hours for students, civic organizations, or anyone looking to fulfill community service requirements. If you need us to confirm or submit documentation to your organization or school, let us know at [email protected].

Here is where we need hands on deck:

Before the Event
* Event Promotion: Help spread the word by distributing event flyers.
* Pre-Sales Support: Assist with the "Let It Rain" rain barrel pre-sales.
* Preparation & Setup: Stuff starter go-bags, prepare seed giveaways, or help with venue make-ready (mowing and tree trimming) on September 12th.

Day of the Event (September 19th)
* Setup & Hospitality: Assist vendors with setting up their canopy tents.
* Pavilion Support: Staff the Volunteer, Hospitality, or Seed and Plant Swap Pavilions.
* General Assistance: Serve as a general event runner.

After the Event
* Takedown & Cleanup: Assist with canopy takedown and trash pickup.
* Donation Distribution: Deliver remaining plants/seeds, go-bags, and food to local charities.
