3600 square foot building that is available for rental for all of your event needs. This building has a kitchen, dressing room, and restrooms., as well as a large parking area. The price to rent this building for your event is $400.00 and $150.00 deposit. It is well worth it not to have the mess at your home or office! Come see us and you will see why this IS THE PERFECT PLACE!
