PSA: Hello everyone! I just want to clear up something that was said in reference to a wedding this weekend (March 29th) at Magnolia Bend. We DID NOT “cancel at the last minute” as so it was said and thought. We were NEVER booked for the wedding. We NEVER received any money! Another caterer was booked for the event a year ago by the wedding planner. Just wanted to clear this up. So, if you hear of something like this, it simply IS NOT TRUE.

This is a COPIED post, but WELL SAID!! And SO TRUE!

WEDDING RSVP ETIQUETTE-

Unless you have planned a wedding, you probably don’t realize these things - so here ya go! Now you know…

1. RSVP before the deadline (yes and no)
2. Only the people the invite is addressed to are invited
3. Do not assume your kids can come — if it doesn’t say “and family”, they have not been included in the count so you should find a sitter
4. It is not ok to RSVP with 8 names to an invite with 2 names (yes people do that)
5. Brides/grooms have a budget and they invite accordingly
7. Buildings have limits that must be adhered to (refer to above)
8. Do not just show up uninvited (again refer to above)

As my daughter once said, “They better pack a lawn chair and a Pop-tart if they just show up!” 🤣🤣🤣
