Shepherd Tipton & Hurst is Arkansas’s oldest and largest floral and gift store in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Albert and Corinne Shepherd opened the business in April of 1946. They worked side by side with their children, John and Connie, joining over the years. John Shepherd took over the business in 1975 building it to one of the largest florist and gift stores in Arkansas. Now part of the Tipton & H

urst family since 2017 when Howard Hurst, President and his wife Stacy Hurst, a Pine Bluff native, took over the business. Tipton & Hurst was started in 1886 and is Arkansas’s oldest floral and gift stores with locations in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway and Pine Bluff.
