Portable Restrooms Proposal, Pike County Fair

The Pike County Agricultural Society is accepting proposals for Portable Restrooms during the Pike County Fair, held July 27 - August 2, 2025.

Scope of Work:
• Provide 9 standard portable units, 4 handicap units and 3 hand washing stations to be delivered and placed in specific places around the Fairgrounds for the 2025 Pike County Fair, to be delivered July 24th and removed August 4th.
• Portable units shall be serviced, cleaned and restocked every day prior to the beginning of daily events and daily carnival start-up.
• Provider will be available for emergencies or unscheduled service calls if an issue arises.

Submit your Proposal to the Pike County Fair, 311 Mill Street, Piketon, Ohio 45661 by 4:00 pm on May 12th, 2025. All Proposals should be in a sealed envelope marked “Portable Restrooms’. The Fair Board will be opening the Proposals on May 12th at the regular meeting of the Pike County Agricultural Society.

The Pike County Fair Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to the Pike County Fair.

Pike County Ag. Society is accepting bid proposals for “Restroom Cleaning” for the week of the Pike County Fair. Proposals can be mailed to PCAS, 311 Mill Street, Piketon, Ohio 45661 or dropped at the Fairground’s Board Office.

Our 4-H community joins the family and friends of Jocey Tackett in remembering her vibrant spirit and beautiful soul. Jocey was a 12-year member of the Backhills Bunch 4-H Club. When it came to 4-H, you would most often find her in the horse arena. Whether riding in a trail class or running the barrels at the fair, Jocey would always give it her all. She will be greatly missed this year but remembered with so much love.

• Tuesday, April 15 in Multi-Purpose Building: (Beginning of rabbit clinic) registration 5:30-6 p.m. with session starting at 6 p.m.

• Tuesday, April 29 in Art Hall: registration 5:30-6 p.m. with session starting at 6 p.m. (integrated into poultry workshop)

• Friday, May 9 @ Eastern Local Schools – students check with your teacher about attending during Ag Classes

Thank you for purchasing a ticket for the Pike County Ag Society’s Reverse Raffle fundraiser. Doors will open this evening at 5:30, if you can’t join us in person we will have someone helping you with takeout. Dinner starts at 6:00 and drawings soon after. Dinner is Beast and Bottle and entertainment for the evening is Julia Neville. Good Luck everyone, and thank you again for supporting your Fairgrounds and the Pike County Fair!

We are forever thankful for our Jr Fair Board and Advisors. They are the right hand and the left to the Sr. Fair Board fair week and at events throughout the year. Thanks for the basket kiddos, we appreciate you! Thank you Beyond the Clover and Chix and Chaps 4-H Clubs for the awesome auction baskets, beyond thankful for all of you! The Agricultural Society loves nothing more than partnering with the “💚” of our fair, Pike Co. 4-H 🍀. We want to thank the following 4-H Clubs for donating a basket to be auctioned at the Spring Fling Reverse Raffle. Doors will open this Saturday at 5:30. Please join us at the fairgrounds for an evening sharing good food and fellowship with a top notch group of fairground supporters!
