Missouri Avenue Event Center is looking for Bar Managers and Event Cleaners to join our team for both small and large events.

These are flexible, part-time positions offering competitive wages and the opportunity to work around your schedule.

• You’ll be added to a group text for upcoming events.
• When event dates are posted, simply respond if you’re available.
• Pick up the events that work best for your schedule.

The Missouri Avenue Event Center will be open throughout the festivities with ice-cold beer, wine, wine-based liquor, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.

Need a break from the summer heat? Stop in and enjoy the air conditioning, relax with a cold drink, and recharge before heading back out to enjoy all that Oahe Days has to offer!

Fuel your goals without breaking the bank 💪This easy taco soup from Budget Bytes packs in lean ground beef, beans, and veggies and is loaded with protein, fiber, and flavor for under $2 a serving.🤯

Ingredients:
🔹1 Tbsp olive oil
🔹1 lb. ground beef
🔹1 yellow onion
🔹4 cloves garlic
🔹1 cup frozen corn
🔹2 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chiles
🔹1 15 oz. can pinto beans, drained
🔹1 15 oz. can black beans, drained
🔹1 packet taco seasoning
🔹1 packet ranch seasoning
🔹3 Tbsp tomato paste
🔹2 cups water

Directions:
1. Add the olive oil and ground beef to a large soup pot. Cook over medium heat until the beef is fully browned. If using a high-fat content beef, drain the excess fat from the pot.
2. While the beef is cooking, dice the onion and mince the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the pot with the beef and continue to cook until the onions are soft and translucent.
3. Add the frozen corn, pinto beans (drained), black beans (drained), and diced tomatoes with green chiles (with juices), and stir to combine.
4. Add the tomato paste, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water to the pot. Stir to combine. Turn the heat up to high, place a lid on the pot, and bring the soup up to a boil.
5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and let the soup simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings!
