Sorry everyone, but I'm not going to be able to do any kind of smoking for a while. Just had abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery. Down for 8 weeks.
Then with a little hope we can try to get my prostate cancer taken care of as well..

Vacation day, smoking pork butts,briskets, pit beans and Mac and cheese for Sidney Fire Department 🚒 today.

It's a hot 🔥 🥵 one this evening, but have the smoker going with pork butts for a private party tomorrow. And yes I'll need to fire it up tomorrow again for all the sides that was requested.

Put in 8hrs at work today, and now have the smoker going with pork butts for tomorrow's graduation parties.

Round #1 of pork butts in the smoker for Someplace Else Saloon in the smoker.
Just a few more rounds of meat to go today and turn around and do it again Sunday.
Pork butts, briskets, ribs and chicken. Along with Mac and cheese, pit beans as well.
