We will have 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 of an American Wagyu steer available in mid November if anyone is interested. It will be $9.50/pound finished packaged weight, meaning what you actually take home. This includes butcher fees. Pasture raised, grain finished, and dry aged for 21 days. I won’t know for sure until we get a live weight, but I’m guessing a quarter will come out to about 100 pounds.
