• Wheelchair-accessible men’s and women’s restrooms
• Seating for up to 300 guests (round tables & chairs included)
• Specialty chairs 70 gold chiavari chairs & 50 wooden mahogany chairs
• 2,860 sq. ft. loft with additional seating and bar stool area
• Bride’s dressing room & groom’s room.
• 40x60 outdoor pavilion
• Large decoration room for your use

✨ 2026 Pricing
Monday–Thursday: $2,500
Friday (one day): $3,000
Saturday (one day): $3,000
Sunday (one day): $3,000
Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday: $4,000

Plus applicable sales/use tax.

Additional refundable damage/security deposit $500.

(Add $200 to each price for 2027)
10% military discount (bride or groom) 🇺🇸

2 day rental includes two full days — the day before for decorating, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner, plus your wedding day.

We also host corporate meetings, reunions, parties, anniversaries, celebration of life events, and more.
