We offer a full refund if the weather/wind does not cooperate the day of your event, and we are unable to set up!

We are not able to set up if the wind/gusts are 20MPH, or heavy rain/storms are in the forecast. Our staff keeps a close eye on the weather, and will be in constant communication with you. 🥳
