Good morning family!

Thanks to those of you who have liked, commented, and shared the original post. I did want to take this opportunity to also put out there that we have precooked lbs of BBQ, measured out in 1 lb bags and placed in freezer. Outside of the catering that is offered, we also have the ability to sell you BBQ by the pound. A pricing list is coming soon for all products, but if you would like to try a pound of our BBQ we currently have 14 pounds ready to go. $12 a pound or two for $20.

Hey family! Welcome to the official Sh-Moore’s BBQ page. To give you a little background, we are a catering business that was fully licensed and established in South Carolina in 2022. The owners are a few Paramedics that work full time and in saying that I want you to know if you decide to book us there will be days where we are on shift and can’t make it happen. That is as transparent as we can get. If you own a restaurant we would love to have you sample our product to see if it can go as limited time on your menu! Through taco specials, bbq plates, or whatever you would like to use it for! If you have an event such as elections coming up at your local fire departments, monthly meetings, or even training nights, we would love to come in a serve your crews as both the owners are also Firefighters and know what can go into some training nights. We also have the availability to come into neighborhoods with our industrial BBQ offset smoker to cook on sight as you can see in the profile picture. Please reach out at [email protected] with the date and number of attending and we would love to send you a quote on what it would cost! Prior to serving anyone we offer a free tasting and testing of our product to those thinking about ordering us, because at the end of the day we trust our product stands above the rest! This free testing is for a group of 3 people who are thinking about going with us. We understand the options are vast, and the prices vary.
