Go to flowervigilante.org to send a small bouquet of homegrown flowers to a friend in Chester County, PA, for free. Flowers are delivered anonymously as they come into bloom, with a tag that simply says, “Someone is thinking about you today.” You will receive email confirmation that your target has been hit by the vigilante.
