Diced baked potatoes, diced, cooked meat, sauteed onions, peppers and garlic and your favorite seasonings. Heat everything in a skillet with your oil of preference till hot and serve it up with a vegetable or salad!!

Post Mother's Day dinner quiche. I'm putting those Mother's Day dinner leftovers to good use. I chopped up a fried chicken breast, baked potato, some green onion and shredded cheddar cheese. I dumped it all into a pie crust. Topped it with four eggs mixed with some milk and baked it at 400° for about 40 minutes.

I've been out of circulation for almost a year, but I'm ready to get back to baking. I've recovered nicely from open heart surgery and cancer treatment and I'm ready to get back to doing what I love. I'll be starting out slow and it'll be a while before I get back to catering. But if you have a sweet tooth message or call me 🥰.
