A whale of a first birthday calls for a whale of a spread! 🐳🎂 We brought the ocean-inspired celebration to life with a whale-topper cake, matching smash cake and macarons, a watermelon whale filled with fresh fruit, cast-iron quiche, and mini croissant sandwiches. Comforting, colorful bites with that homemade-feeling touch.

And the star of the show? He understood the assignment: cake officially SMASHED! 💙🎉 Those little frosting-covered moments are what milestone celebrations are all about.

This take on Chocobananas, cultivated by Chef Kelsey, is the finale to the Cuban-inspired menu for our client’s birthday celebration: translating her journey from Cuba on the Peter Pan Flights and her memories of growing up in Little Havana into a menu full of meaning.

Thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and delicious enough to linger long after the last course, this final bite brings her story to the table one last time. Featuring whipped honey-banana pudding, carmelized bananas and a chocolate cage, we made the finale a bite to remember!

For her 70th birthday dinner, Chef Alberto translated our client’s personal story into a thoughtful, deeply personal menu inspired by her journey from Cuba and growing up in Little Havana, Miami, FL.
