Aerial Roof Inspection Special
For North Phoenix & Surrounding Areas...
For this and next month, (August-September 2024) Roof inspections. Before and/or after repair. No need for you to get out and up on the roof in the hot sun. Also increases safety, reduces liability.
Here's how it works.
$125 for "either" a before or after flight and media capture. Digital media capture/delivery and Google .kml orthomosaic
If you book both the before AND after roof inspection, it will save you $50, for a total for both before and after flight dates of $200 for roofs on houses up to 2500 square feet and below.
Travel is included for a distance of up to 15 miles to job site (one way). Anything more will incur a gas fee of .65 cents per mile.

This is an example of an orthomosaic I captured and processed for a client. They are going to use it for basic area and distance measuring of their HOA property. However, this is a good example of the quality difference between Google Earth imagery and an ortho that has been converted to a .kmz file overlay for Google Earth https://youtu.be/M4FbmC-UHx8

NOTICE: My orthos are considered design grade, not survey grade. I am not a licensed surveyor and don't claim to be. As you can see in the video the ortho is highly accurate but not survey grade. If you require survey grade you should seek the services of a licensed surveyor.
