Finally checked a huge task on our list this summer! Our office has been pretty much the same for the last 10 to 15 years. It was time for a new vision with a fresh new look that made more sense for Sharko’s catering. Although we have limited space with our office and tasting room, we wanted to make couples feel like they were at home instead of being in a dull boring office. There was a vision in mind and with the help of ChatGPT it was able to create an outline for us to make it all possible. It is a wonderful feeling walking into your workplace and loving every corner and being able to show our clients some of the wonderful history that we’ve collected over the years. It just goes to show that a lot of things get postponed as we are so focused on certain tasks and working IN the business. The feeling of being able to work ON the business and make future business happen is what really feels like growth. If there is a to-do list you have on the back burner of your mind, here’s your sign to stop postponing and make it happen. TODAY IS THE DAY!

Thank you to Marshall’s distribution center for allowing us to provide food for nearly 2000 workers this week. We are so grateful for this large opportunity and look forward to future partnerships. As you can imagine, jobs like this take a lot of preparation. Our workers prepped miniature bags of lettuce tomato, onion, and condiments to ensure a smooth and quick service for this large amount of workers. Burgers were cooked at our kitchen, but then packaged with buns and wrapped in aluminum foil onsite to ensure the best quality.

A wonderful event at Martin auto Museum where soldiers and veterans gathered for a wonderful Italian meal. The menu featured garlic bread, green beans Morocco, chicken Parmesan, and baked lasagna. As guest entered the event space, they were greeted with a beverage station and charcuterie board. We were honored to be a part of this very special event.
