Hey there...I'm Nancy Kartoon, lead artist, admin and owner of AZ Party Artists. We're a network of local artistic and professional family entertainers who advertise and work together as a collective.

Everyone else has sat in the hot seat...it's my turn now.

I've cheerfully worked in metro Phoenix and cities through-out AZ as Nancy Kartoon, family entertainer since 1978. I draw pet and people caricatures, paint face and arm art and embellish everyone within 2 feet of me with personalized airbrush, glitter and henna temporary tattoos.
