Another incredible weekend at the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

From the start line to the finish, PRO EM supported one of the world’s premier races with complete event infrastructure and turn-key solutions. Our team delivered everything from hospitality, medical, and command tents to VIP areas, NBC broadcast setups, DJ platforms, and security stations, ensuring every part of the course was ready for race day.

Highlights included our truss-supported stage at the finish line, large-scale hospitality structures with drive-on flooring, and custom spaces for professional athletes, media, and guests.

Not every day you get to combine world-class event infrastructure with Hollywood movie magic 🎬⛳

Our team at PRO EM National Event Services had the incredible opportunity to support the production of Happy Gilmore 2, now streaming on Netflix. From transforming real golf courses into film-ready sets to recreating iconic tournament moments like the 1998 U.S. Open, we were proud to be part of the action behind the scenes.

Through our partners and subcontractors, we helped bring the vision to life with:
• Custom tents and scenic structures
• Bleachers, grandstands, and elevated seating
• Broadcast towers and announcer’s booths
• Branded mesh and signage integration

At Bonhams Car Auction, PRO EM delivered a sleek and sophisticated event space, perfectly designed to showcase some of the world’s finest automobiles.

From a 30x50m P1 structure with clear roof panels to the custom-branded entry tower, every detail was built for both function and style.

With premium touches like Rivera Black Turf, upscale fencing, and climate control, this setup created the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable auction experience.

At Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, PRO EM delivered one of our largest single structures yet— spanning a massive 83,958 square feet! This 60m x 130m structure provided dining space for over 2,000 conference attendees, complete with 84,000 square feet of DuraTrac flooring with wood infills.

Founded in 1987, PRO EM was created to serve as a single source for events of any size. Through the years we’ve grown as our clients’ needs have grown. Today, PRO EM is Arizona’s only full-service event management and rental company. Our three distinct business units – Event Management, Event Rentals and Commercial Services – are all located under one roof at our state-of-the-art 150,000 square-foot warehouse and company headquarters at 16th Street and Grant in Phoenix, Ariz.
