Corrinne Clement is a creative event professional with a background in theatre and live entertainment. She studied Theatre at Arizona State University and has built a career centered on delivering impactful, quality-driven experiences.

Her professional journey includes founding and directing high school theatre programs internationally in China, as well as performing in Frozen: A Sing-Along Celebration at Disneyland Shanghai Resort. She transitioned into the events industry as an entertainment and day-of coordinator for events across the Phoenix area, where she quickly developed a passion for the energy and creativity of live experiences. She now specializes in Private Event Sales & Coordination at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, where she plays a key role in executing premium events.

Corrinne has contributed to a wide range of dynamic experiences at the stadium, including fantasy football draft parties, brunch and buffet pop-ups for major sporting events, and premium activations during high-profile concerts. Her work reflects a passion for creating memorable, elevated environments tailored to each audience.

New to NACE, Corrinne already feels at home within the organization and is grateful to be part of such an incredible board and community. We are looking forward to seeing all the things she achieves, and are happy to aware her April’s Spirit of NACE award. 💎

A Cleveland native and proud Ohio University graduate, Emily has built her career on turning ideas into memorable experiences — from intimate, in-home dinners to large-scale, high-profile events. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, she thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of events and is passionate about creating experiences that feel as seamless as they are meaningful.

An active member of NACE and a strong advocate for connection within the industry, Emily enjoys mentoring her team and contributing to a culture of creativity and support. Dr. Will Moreland is a world-renowned speaker, leadership strategist, and entrepreneur. Originally from Compton, California, he is now based in Phoenix, Arizona. As the Founder of Moreland Training & Associates, he leads one of the country’s top firms in leadership development and company culture transformation.

A combat military veteran turned award-winning business leader, Dr. Moreland is known for helping executives and organizations grow through high-impact leadership frameworks centered on civility, clarity, and culture. He has spoken on stages across the globe, from corporate boardrooms to Capitol Hill.

In addition to consulting, he’s built several successful companies across real estate, publishing, media, and investments. He’s also committed to philanthropy, mentoring youth and underserved communities through education and empowerment.
