Skeptics: ”You serve pizza at a wedding?” Me: “Why yes we do. It’s pizza, but elevated” We use only the best ingredients, 00 Italian flour & fresh yeast for our hand stretched crust. San Marzano style tomatoes for our tomato sauce. If you can make it homemade, I do. I make my own sauces, salad dressings and even fresh made croutons. It’s not JUST PIZZA. And let’s talk about my new wedding setup. I’m OBSESSED! What do you think?

This is such a dreamy venue in the mountains of Jerome, AZ. So unique and beautiful. Built in 1916 as a lodge for the miners who were mining copper in the hills of Jerome. So much history and character. Love it!

I have been so fortunate to have had such an amazing summer! I’ve been to New York, LA, Washington State, Tahiti, Boston, Italy & Kentucky. Some of you are probably wondering, when does this lady work? Well, I am working in between all of these trips, but also I live in Phoenix, so I do not actively do catering in the summer due to the extreme heat. My season runs from October-May. So that being said, while I’ve had an amazing summer, I am ready to get back to work in October. My schedule for October and November is fully booked, with only a few dates left for December. So I’m looking forward to jumping in with both feet and getting started again. Here’s to an amazing upcoming season 🥂
