Gracefully Assertive: Mastering the Art of Assertive Communication ~ Courtni Clay

Master Resilience Coach Courtni Clay helps high-achieving women shift from silence or snapping to speaking with grounded confidence. Rooted in her personal story (from stuttering child to Army Officer and HR leader), and built from over a decade of leadership and resilience training, Gracefully Assertive offers a new communication blueprint for women who are done being misunderstood or dismissed.

This book will teach you how to:

Set boundaries without apology
Speak up without overexplaining
Protect your peace without going silent
Regulate emotion in high-pressure conversations
Hold presence in rooms that weren’t built for you
And communicate with impact at home, at work, and everywhere you lead!
