Honoring Memorial Day and a Huge "Thank You!" 🇺🇸

The Pelzer will be closed today and tomorrow (Monday) in observance of Memorial Day. We will be taking these days to reflect and spend time with family.

I want to send out a massive thank you to everyone who stopped by the honor-system stand this past weekend! I'm incredibly humbled to report that I sold out of all our bakery products.

I also want to apologize to those who came by and were disappointed that there was nothing left. I am baking up a storm tomorrow to make sure I'm fully stocked with all your favorites.

Bakery Update: Closed for the Day 🥂✨

The "Open" sign is staying down today, but for a very special reason!

Today, my husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary. ❤️ It feels like the perfect day to step away from the flour and the rolling pins to enjoy some time together.
We’re also using this time to head out and stock up on fresh ingredients and supplies so I can bring even more delicious treats to the case when we reopen! I have so many ideas brewing for new bakes, and I can't wait to share them with you all. 🧺🥖

Thank you for understanding and for all your support of our little shop on the hill. I’ll see you all back at the bakery tomorrow morning, 8am! 🏠🕊️
