Christine is an expert in all things local and delicious, a personal chef who employs true farm-to-table, ocean to plate, clean cooking. The Philadelphia native has returned home to set roots with her husband, Nick (who is a chef as well) after 10 years in Boston and Nantucket. Child ever cooked for 3 weeks!) and Christine cooking at private homes, they decided to return home to Philadelphia. Her company Farm & The Fork started in New England as a regional New England CSA supporting over 100 small farmers, fisherman and artisanal purveyors. She capitalized on her close relationships with small farms to create a one-of-a-kind CSA that brimmed with fresh produce, fine cheeses, seafood and meats including weekly recipes, instructional videos and wine/beer pairings all delivered to their home or office. Christine is bringing a decade of New England adventures, fun and food back to Philadelphia. Farm & The Fork's mission was to be the best hybrid CSA in New England supporting farmers, fisherman, smoke houses, chefs, cheese makers, artisan bread makers, small heirloom producers, wineries, breweries and small business owners all working together to BUY LOCAL!
