Good morning everyone!
Next month, on April 13th, 2019, it will be the one year anniversary of the passing of Destiny Smallwood-Carr. To honor her legacy, we will be holding a 5k Memorial Walk for Colorectal Cancer.
"A Walk with Destiny" will take place at Lloyd Hall on Boathouse Row, with a start time of 8:30am.

The purpose of the walk is to raise awareness of Colorectal Cancer, the symptoms, the stigmas surrounding it, and to encourage regular doctor's visits and overall awareness of health and wellness among young people. We lost Destiny at just 42 years old, and if we can call attention to such a devastating disease, we may prevent someone else from losing a loved one.
