Introducing our newest member to Private School: Roberta Gruber!

Roberta H Gruber is a Philadelphia based designer, illustrator, and artist. Trained as a fashion designer, Roberta worked in women’s wear, wearable art, accessories, and home furnishings before joining Drexel University as a tenured professor and Head of the Department of Design.

Throughout her educational, professional, and research development, Roberta has maintained her love for illustration. Her award-winning artwork includes drawing, painting, and oft times - whimsical art for cards, prints, and custom commissions, including multiple series of illustrations for the store at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Please be mindful and support local makers. When you buy Fast Fashion you are contributing to a terrorist fund. Yep you read that right! Fast Fashion has been the number 2 destroyer of our hosts 🌍 resources and gifts for the past 10 years. Yes you also read that correctly. Why is this acceptable? Why is hypocrisy so easy to live with? It wouldn’t be so harmful to run this concept by your soul.
