Summer lovin’ at The Barn at Cauffiel 💛 Perched atop a grassy hill in Bellevue State Park, the Barn at Cauffiel is a hidden gem steeped in Delaware’s history. Built in the 1920s as a summer retreat for Daniel Cauffiel, a real estate advisor to the DuPont family, the estate still overlooks the Delaware River with that same quiet charm it held a century ago.

The barn is all texture and soul, with towering beams, weathered wood, and sunlight spilling through open doors. It’s warm, grounded, and made for moments that feel both easy and unforgettable.

Every celebration here supports Delaware State Parks, helping to protect the land and history that make this place so meaningful while preserving its legacy as it becomes part of yours.

Big steps, big impact! 🌎 We’re excited to share our inaugural JAM Impact Report, highlighting the sustainability milestones we achieved in 2024 and our goals for the future.

From launching a companywide composting program at our commissary kitchen and venues to investing $70,000 in reducing single-use plastic waste with new transportable food containers, to to helping our nonprofit partner venues earn $3.3 million in revenue from JAM events, we’re proving that small changes add up to something big.

At JAM, we believe business can be a force for good, and progress happens when we all do our part. Thank you to our clients, partners, and team for making this possible—we couldn’t do it without you!
