The Last words of the Oddcake Crew:

From 2009-2015, OddCake was one of the most prestigious Electronic Dance Party party production Companies in Philadelphia. We hosted events of epic proportions, and changed lives forever by spreading love through our events. Our former art collective, DJ Collective, in-house musician collective, event services crew, talent agents, and group of best friends, was collectively known as the OddCake Crew. Unfortunately, life has changed quite a bit since the beginning of OddCake, and we made a formal decision to close our event services company before we “burned out and got stale”, according to Dan Ran, the Founder of the Oddcake super crew.

…but we will always have the memories and Photos (AND VIDEOS) that we created, forever. So enjoy this site dedicated to archiving events put on by the Oddcake Crew, and maybe, one day, we will come back out of the woodwork to throw some more parties.

We reached Legend, we attained a legacy, we spread our love, we created everlasting memories, and we shared our Cake with the world! I’d Say, Oddcake was a success.

Until that day, you can still experience a legacy taste of Oddcake through an ongoing sister project called LEFT RITE Philadelphia; a DJ and events collective put on by some of the former management/DJ’s of the Oddcake Crew. For now, so long and enjoy the archive!

A message to those who supported us throughout the years,
and who were part of making magical experiences happen.

It's been since 2010 since we were founded,
and as time has passed, our core participants have become too busy with their personal lives and/or moved on to other event production projects. We put our sweat, blood, and souls into each event we produced. Many of us would be working 2 months daily to prep for one single 6 hour event. Many took leadership roles in implementing their creative ideas for our events and theme camps. With our perfectionist attitudes, OddCake camps and events were some of the hardest work we have ever done. It countless man hours in planning, designing, and developing our events, as we wanted to tailor them around YOU, to be fun, light, but personal. We are and always will be proud of OddCake!

With all of this being said, we regret to announce, that although the spiritual components, and loving ideology behind "OddCake" are very much alive in their own ways, OddCake as an organization itself, and the OddCake collective volunteer base that made up the doer-ship components of "the OddCake Crew" is now officially defunct.

We will keep this page up just in case we decide to put our heads together and have an OddCake Reunion party one day! We will also continue to post events, news, and the "Mysteries and Histories" of OddCake (how it developed, how it worked, and what its intentions were)!

Thank your for your love and support in our Cakey circle of love! Maybe one day we will return!
