DePhillips previously worked in some of the most prestigious hotels in the Philadelphia area including: the Ritz Carlton, and the Four Seasons hotels. DePhillips also managed events for a P

hiladelphia based catering company with exclusive rights to the University of Pennsylvania Museum and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. For the past ten years he has been President of Five Star Staffing a sister company of Premier Event Staff. DePhillips began Premier Event Staff as an off shoot of Five Star Staffing. His goal is to continue to provide personal, consistent, quality service to his customers that far exceeds the industry standard. DePhillips screens all employees before they are hired so that they meet the level of service to which he is accustomed.
