The Event Spot LLC. The perfect spot for any occasion
The Event Spot LLC was established on 12/6/2017 by CEO/Founder, Vanessa Simpson, a Philadelphia native. Ms. Simpson brings a great deal of experience in the Event Planning and decorating industry, i.e. church anniversaries, scholarship fundraising, funeral repast to name a few. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Management from Thomas Jefferson University and has over two decades of insurance experience in Risk Management & Claims.
On 2/3/2017, was the debut for The Event Spot LLC located at 7215A Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111. The 800 sq. ft. luxurious space offers hall rental and decor’ services with chandelier lighting, curtains, seating that can accommodate up to 50 guests. We offer a 4 hour rental plus 1 1/2 hours of set up time for decorating and 1 hour breakdown for clean up, for a grand total of 6 1/2 hours. Tables and chairs are included at no additional cost. Reservations must be made on the website and is good for 3 days. During that three day window we encourage potential customers to visit the venue to make sure we are a good fit for your affair. We have an open house every Tuesday for the public to visit between the hours of 5pm - 7pm. If we are a good fit, you are encouraged to make the $200.00 non-refundable deposit (retainer fee) to lock in your date and it is also applied to the balance of your bill. Typically, the balance of your bill is due one month before your scheduled event. Other fees may apply depending on the service you are requesting.
We are a BYOB venue. The customer can bring in their food or have it catered by an outside caterer. The Event Spot LLC, does not offer, serve or assist with alcohol or food
