It is with heavy but very joyful hearts that we say goodbye to Ulter Catering and the absolutely amazing community .collective and

Working alongside such talented and kind people in a shared space has been truly the best part of operating this business for 3 years. The building owners, Brandon and Craig have created such a special community and place to build your business.

We were fortunate enough to have a bunch of our kitchen friends join us for a drink and share food this week as we emptied our closet and begin moving forward to the next chapter.

It's officially time. Tomorrow will be our final day selling food.

Come out from 4-7pm and grab this special end of summer Peach Crisp. Awesome peaches from sweetened up a lil' bit and topped with toasty Oat Streusel. Also, it's VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE!

We are also stocked with Broccoli Cheddar Quiche, Quiche Lorraine, or super smooth Hummus, Rustic Apple Pies and of course or handmade Soft Pretzel Bites and Beer Cheese.

This will be our final market, and also our final day of sales as a business. We appreciate you all, stop on by!

We have some significant news.

Ulter Catering will be closing for business at the end of August.

We have greatly appreciated the nearly 3 years of support from everyone who has purchased meals from us or booked an event with us.

We are also incredibly grateful for the support of our families, friends and all of the amazing folks we've shared kitchen space with.

Some future life changes have presented themselves and have led us to move onward from this midst recent stage of both our careers.

There's a lot more that could be said, but that feels best for a later time.

You can find us for two more weeks . Check out our website to place a pre-order for our final two appearances on Aug. 18th and Aug. 25th.

Next Thursday (6/30) we will begin offering fruit pies 4-7p.

We are excited to be using delicious fruit from .

You can celebrate the Holiday weekend with 3 options.

Our Classic Apple Galette ($25) features caramelized Granny Smith apples wrapped in buttery cornmeal crust.

We're also making (very limited seasonal) Sweet Cherry + Frangipane Tarts ($30), wrapped up in puff pastry. Several of these will be wonderful local cherries paired with rich almond filling, while some will get an extra decadent hit of dark chocolate ($33).

We'll have limited supplies so come early, or even better order ahead online. Visit our website and follow the HOME tab to pre- order.

We had an awesome day last Thursday. SOLD OUT of everything.

Everything we bring to market is made specifically that market. That means we want to make just the right amount without tons of extras. However our also means we can sell out sooner than we like.

The solution? Pre-Orders! Our website is now updated to accept pre-orders for the Wenonah Market. Just go to www.ultercatering.com, click on the "HOME delivery" tab and choose from an expanded list of prepared foods that we can bring to the market for you.

Orders can be placed until 10pm every Sunday for pickup the following Thursday in Wenonahn NJ.

We are taking a Summer break from our HOME delivery service. If you're looking for a larger order of fully prepared meals delivered to your home, just shoot us an email.

This past weekend we put together a menu for a lovely citrus themed bridal shower.

We put together a fun built-tp- order Avocado Toast station. We freshly grilled some house sourdough, layered on smashed avocado and then topped it up to everyone's preference.

You couldn't go wrong, but this last photo was definitely a winner: smoked salmon, soft boiled egg, housemade chili crisp, pickled red onion and fresh (homegrown) pea shoots.

"Quiche Forestière" today

Simply meaning "woodsman" or "of the forest" in French, forestière can be numerous this but almost always includes mushrooms.

This beauty features thyme roasted mushrooms, goat cheese and our herb custard with the addition of some lightly truffled duxelles (french mushroom sprea). As always a hand rolled, all-butter crust.

National Quiche Lorraine Day? Yes, it's happening this Friday May 20th.

It just so happens that we'll be selling Quiche Lorraine tomorrow.

Always hand rolled, with rich euro-style butter our quiches are filled with savory herbed custard and for the Lorraine, applewood bacon and caramelized onions.

It's officially Farmer's Market Season.

We are excited to be headed to the every Thursday from 4-7pm.

This first week will be offering fresh baked pretzel bites and a couple of our favorite quiches.
