Play prompts for a kinder world 🌎 today is Yom Hashoah - Holocaust Memorial Day 🕯️. While it is not advised to discuss details of the Holocaust with young children, it is never too early to plant seeds 🌱 of kindness, awareness of diversity and a loving appreciation of the many different ways of being human ❤️. Acknowledging differences, adopting a growth mindset, practicing cognitive flexibility and perspective taking and cultivating empathy are all core components of play and the building blocks of a better world. Never again means building another generation of kind, caring and resilient individuals who will choose a diverse and inclusive world over a world that prioritizes conformity and sameness.
