I used to work at a little french restaurant in Long Beach, CA. This was on their menu and I've always loved it!

The "pollo Verde" panini, everyone! Home made pesto mixed with home made Caesar dressing, slathered on baguette, with roasted chicken breast and provolone cheese- accompanied by garlic fries and Caesar salad. O M G! 🤤

This was DELICIOUS!
