Chef Florencio grew up in Harbor Springs, MI and began cooking and assisting notable local caterers at the age of 14. After moving away for over a decade and cooking all over lower Michigan- he met his wife Olivia, artist and bar/restaurant manager, and they moved back up North to start a business.
