🚨 Reminder — Camper Registration Forms Due by July 1 🚨

The Tri-County Fair has updated the Camper Registration Form for Fair Week. ALL individuals requesting a camper space must complete and submit the NEW form by July 1st to ensure a camper spot.

This includes campers who held a space last year — previous camper spots are NOT automatically renewed without a new submitted form.

The updated form can be downloaded and printed from our website: tri-countyfair.com

Please submit your completed form by the deadline to secure your camper space for Fair Week.

Tri-County Fair Annual Meeting
The annual Tri-County Fair meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the fairgrounds.
The meeting will include the election of a board of director for a three-year term from Grant, Hardy, and Pendleton counties, and review of the 2025 financial report.
The dates for the 2026 Tri-County Fair are July 25-August 1

The following persons are entitled to and will have the right to vote at the annual meeting to assist in the election of the board of directors Current board of directors, current officers, the committee chairperson, and members, WVU Extension Agents, FFA Advisors, Hardy, Grant and Pendleton County Exhibitors 18 years old from the previous fair and legal guardian of an Exhibitor under the age of 18 from the previous year fair. No voting by proxy.
