Worthy of Love Recycled Home Furnishing is helping art flourish in Petaluma! After growing tired of looking at the large side of the building, which faces East Washington, continually covered with graffiti, the owners decided it was time to get creative! Now, local youth and street artist, Maxfield Bala, is creating a lively mural that will definitely add some panache to downtown Petaluma! Bala has done collaborations with Zox, Coachella Music Festival, and the X-Games. Bala will be using Kelly-Moore Paint products generously donated by the new store on Lakeville Street. The mural is on track to be finished by August 2014 and the progress can be viewed from East Washington (where it crosses the Petaluma River).
