What better way to celebrate and show customer appreciation than a beautiful Saturday for Hanson heating and AC in Santa Rosa!

Today we are serving Tri Tip, marinated boneless thighs, barbecue beans, smoked bacon, cheddar potato salad, mac & cheese homemade cornbread with honey butter.

Today Up in Smoke West Coast BBQ was in Concord Ca, serving 120 AAA tow truck drivers a killer lunch.

Today’s menu was Ribs , tri tip , marinated boneless chicken thighs, barbecue beans, mac & cheese, bacon smoked cheddar potato salad, homemade cornbread with honey butter and our famous bacon wrapped jalapeño cream cheese filled poppers.

To say there were a lot of happy faces would be an understatement! Thank you AAA for the opportunity to serve you up our award winning BBQ!

We are getting the weekend started right! Here we are at Thermalsun company in Santa Rosa doing a company lunch for them today. We will be serving bbq wings, a couple different sausages, barbecue beans, Sicilian pasta, salad, mac & cheese, and our homemade cornbread with honey butter

After 9 months of anticipation we got to pick this beauty up today.. we would like to thank the crew TMG Pits for making such an amazing pit, the craftsmanship is off the chain. Stacked dimes, great lines!!!! Cant wait to see this thing in acting rolling smoke!!!!!
Also thanks to all who have supported us through this great adventure, journey, and memories . We cant wait to share many more with y’all.
