Perry County is still under a active Burn Ban.
The less than 1/4 Inch of rain we received is not near enough as we are in a severe deficit of rain fall. It will take several inches of rain before the burn ban can be lifted.

Due to the extreme draught in Perry County, the approximate 1 inch of rain we had over the weekend is not a sufficient amount of rain fall in order to lift the Burn Ban.
It will take much more substancial rain in order to be able to lift the Burn Ban in Perry County.
