This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and also remember their families who continue to carry their legacy forward with strength and love.

As we gather with friends and family, may we never forget the true meaning of Memorial Day and the freedoms made possible by those who gave everything.

A couple of weeks ago a group of boys on a golf cart came through the back of our property playing loud music during someone's wedding ceremony! DURING SOMEONES WEDDING CEREMONY! Please know that Cherokee Pines is private property with access by PERMISSION ONLY. We do not have a pond on our property, so please do not ride, walk, or park on our property to go fishing at ponds nearby (which are probably private as well. If they are not, find another way to get to them). Please be kind humans. Driving a golf cart on private property while someone is having a special event is far from kind.
