🎄 The Christmas Forest INFO for 2024 🎄
There are so many new surprises to see! Our family has been working so hard to make the Christmas light walking trail extra special for you this year! Only a few days left!
Here are a few details of what we have done.
-This year we have grown to over 300,000 lights! That is double from last year. 🙌🏼
-We have upgraded our hot cocoa and candy bar and it is now at the front entrance trail for your convenience.
-More benches have been added. The trail can be a bit of a climb at times and we want everyone to be able to enjoy it with a few more rest stops if needed. We have had several 90 years young folks come through the trail and they loved it!
-We have expanded the width of the trails wherever possible. We have cleared away several stumps.
-New trails were added!
-More exit trails were created for those that might need to step off the trail for a moment.
-Lots of new and exciting statues have been included!
-You definitely want to bring the kids out to our new exclusive space, the "Penguin Playground" where they can crawl through the 24 foot ice tunnel and come out to meet with the 20 foot tall penguin that protects and overlooks all the little penguins in the forest. A slide has been built on the hillside so the kids can feel just like a little penguin sliding down the ice! 💙
- Do you have a Star Wars fan in your life? You don't want them to miss out on our new Star Wars path where they will be halted by a life size storm trooper before they can enter the hyperspace tunnel only to come face to face with Darth Vader! But not to worry you will quickly find safety in Dagobah where Yoda awaits to get you back to your holiday festivities!
-We have also added another exclusive Christmas Forest feature! "Teddy Bear Toyland" a comforting hug of a space designed to make you smile with childhood delight! Here you will find a toy shop filled with teddy bears and toys to shop for the kiddos!
-As always, we have the largest Santa in Maine!
There are so many more elaborate surprises and fun displays you just don't want to miss out on this year!

Caution. The trail is natural and forested terrain. Please wear proper footwear for hiking in the woods of Maine. The terrain could be difficult for some individuals with medical conditions with balance or walking issues. When purchasing a ticket you are entering at your own risk of walking a trail of forest terrain. Please no running on the trail, or touching the displays or lights. Warning: Due to some weather conditions some places could be slippery, so please walk and be aware of your surroundings.

🎟️ Tickets can be purchased with cash at the gate.
Online tickets are available for those with a card through Eventbrite. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a weather closure, tickets can be used anytime during the 2024 Season.
