Not everyone is built for this life. This jacket carries more than a title. It carries years of early mornings, late nights, burned hands, missed holidays, thousands of meals, and lessons learned the hard way.

Behind it is a deep love for feeding people and bringing them together around a table.

That belief is what built Old Souls.

Good morning everyone, we want to be upfront with our community.

Due to the continued state of the economy and the rising cost of operating a small business, we will be implementing small price adjustments on select items starting March 1st.

As everyone’s have; our electric and gas costs alone have risen dramatically, and insurance increases have added another layer of pressure that we can no longer absorb. On top of that, ingredient and supply costs continue to climb across the board.
We have worked hard to absorb these increases for as long as possible. However, in order to operate responsibly, pay our team fairly, and maintain the quality you expect from us, adjustments are necessary.

Small businesses operate on tight margins, and decisions like this are made carefully — not casually.

Old Souls Bakery is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Donut Maker to join our overnight production team. This is a hands-on position shaping, frying, and finishing artisan donuts made from scratch. If you love the rhythm of the kitchen and take pride in quality work done while the world sleeps, we’d love to hear from you.

📅 Schedule:
Overnight shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Full-time or part-time options available

Weekend availability required

🥯 Responsibilities:
Prepare doughs and batters for yeast-raised and cake donuts

Fry donuts to golden perfection, then glaze, fill, and finish with care

Follow recipes and daily prep lists accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Assist with prep and cleanup to keep the kitchen running smoothly

Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

👩‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:
Previous kitchen or baking experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Comfortable working overnight hours

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual
