✨ A New Partnership We’re So Excited About! ✨

Willow Event Designs is thrilled to partner with this amazing vintage dish rental company to help bring our clients’ visions to life! Their inventory is absolutely spectacular, and we cannot wait to create more beautiful events together. 🤍

We recently needed a large selection of amber-colored glassware to complete a wedding design, and they delivered beautifully. We were especially impressed by their ability to distinguish authentic antique pieces from mass-produced alternatives. Their dedication to researching and preserving the quality and character of each piece truly shines through.

This wonderful mother-and-daughter-in-law duo is such a pleasure to work with! We love collaborating with local vendors, especially when we have the opportunity to support a special family-run business. There are many late nights when I find myself embracing the beauty and peace of our sweet Grandmother Willow as we think about and design upcoming events. I simply cannot end my day without looking out at her, taking in that calming embrace, and feeling so incredibly thankful to have been blessed with another day alongside our amazing team. ❤️

Today was extra special as we celebrated our very first wedding with Grandmother Willow! We were honored to host such a special couple who wanted a very intimate and personal celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect fall day as Heather and Gerry began this beautiful new chapter of their lives together. 🍂🤎

Our team members, Mackenzie and Joe, were absolutely amazing today! These two went above and beyond to keep everything on track and made every effort to ensure our bride and groom had the wonderful day they deserved. We are so thankful to have them on the Willow team!

Officiant Pete shared a heartfelt message that touched us all and made this special day even more meaningful.

Chef Ryan outdid himself once again with a spectacular dinner! His talent never ceases to amaze us. 👨‍🍳

Our new friend and photographer, Sara Ann, was an absolute joy to work with. We could feel the passion she poured into her work today, and we are so excited to see the beautiful memories she captured!

And last, but certainly not least, Katie from Happy Accident Bakery absolutely knocked this wedding cake out of the park! 🎂 Katie, you are so incredibly talented! Not only with your artistic beauty but the taste!!! 😋 The top tier was lemon blueberry, which was absolutely spectacular, while the bottom tier featured vanilla bean raspberry—equally amazing! And because every celebration deserves a little extra sweetness, she also treated the bride and groom to chocolate chip and salted toffee cookies! 😋😋😋

Heather and Gerry, thank you so much for trusting the Willow team with such a special and meaningful day. It was truly an honor to be a part of the beginning of your forever.

The Willow team had the pleasure of providing rentals and assisting with setup over the weekend for a fabulous forest-festival-vibe wedding at Off Map Glamping in South Haven! 🌲✨

We were thoroughly impressed with this incredible venue. The glamping tents and cabins onsite were absolutely fabulous, giving guests the opportunity to stay and enjoy the entire wedding weekend together.

It was such a beautiful setting for a memorable celebration, and we definitely hope to be back! 🤍🌿

I’m embarrassed at how late I am posting this. Tracey and her amazing staff did my granddaughter’s graduation party in June 2026. It was so beautifully decorated. There were a couple of really creative displays. One of our guests told me she had been to weddings that weren’t as nice. Willow Event Designs are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. I wish I knew how to post pictures in these comments to show just how great a job they did.
