Planner friends (and other creatives who work with clients), I'm on the search for a new platform for working with my couples.

Currently, I use Aisle Planner and while I love some of the features (like the Layout tool), I'm feeling frustrated at their lack of improvements on the other core client-facing tools (while continuing to raise their rates).

In an ideal world, the platform would have a better-than-decent task management, communication/messaging, file management, and forms.

I've been testing out a few but none quite check all the boxes while still being clean enough for my clients to use right away.

Suggestions?

I’m not a “one plan fits all” planner. The framework is there so things stay smooth and sane. But the real work? Getting to know you well enough that your wedding actually sounds and feels like you — not like your cousin’s, not like your coworker’s, not like the last one I planned.

When guests leave saying, “That was SO THEM,” that’s the win.
