I am stirring up a batch of merinade for Venison Jerkey. I am hoping there will be fresh venison tomorrow. If anyone is interested in Venison Jerkey, I will be taking names for making Jerkey. You supply the meat(hind quarters) and I will make it. It will be dehydrated and vacuumed sealed for $9 per lb finished. You will need to bring me the meat and pick up when finished. I will have a list and do one persons at a time. You can email me at [email protected] or call or text 218-298-1931 I will start in January. If you know any of my boys, they will give you the heads up on how they eat it like candy. Happy and Safe hunting everyone.
