I enjoyed working with long-time friend Sara Sherman on this video project for Dandelion Neurorelational Family Services, formerly Discovery Horse. Sara and Matt just launched their new website https://www.dandelion-family.com/ . I will share more videos as we continue to add to their website.

I have done video projects over the years, but have not had much time to develop or market this side of my business with all of the real estate and commercial photography work I continue to do. I will have a price increase for my real estate photography services, effective August 15, 2024. When I started this portion of my photography business in 2015, I offered my "Full Package" photo/video package for $300 and the price has remained the same for the past 9+ years.

My website had been neglected for the past couple years (at least!). I made some changes and updated the Real Estate section with new photos and video examples. Pricing will remain the same for the upcoming year, the only change made was the upcharge for larger homes that now starts at 3000+ SqFt.

I am now accepting Venmo for payments. Look for the link in your next invoice email. FYI for other small businesses , it appears Venmo's fees are less than PayPal for business accounts.
