AI ENHANCED PHOTOS
Agents, if you social media feed is like mine you are probably seeing a lot of Ai enhancing software offering to transform your listing images.
Here is a video showing my take on it. I am pretty neutral on the topic, certainly not pushing it or necessarily against it. It is a powerful tool that I think can have a place in RE photography if done properly.

The summer season is finally slowing down a bit. I have not been sharing any property videos for quite some time... I photographed a beautiful peninsula point property up in Longville, MN last week on Long Lake. More than 1000' of shoreline on both sides of the point. Contact Kevin Merten at Bill Hansen Realty for more information.

I enjoyed working with long-time friend Sara Sherman on this video project for Dandelion Neurorelational Family Services, formerly Discovery Horse. Sara and Matt just launched their new website https://www.dandelion-family.com/ . I will share more videos as we continue to add to their website.

I have done video projects over the years, but have not had much time to develop or market this side of my business with all of the real estate and commercial photography work I continue to do. I hope to grow the video side of my business in the coming years. If your business or organization wants to tell its story through video, photos, or both, get in touch.

I will have a price increase for my real estate photography services, effective August 15, 2024. When I started this portion of my photography business in 2015, I offered my "Full Package" photo/video package for $300 and the price has remained the same for the past 9+ years.

I have always tried to keep my prices below the average market price, and have delayed this increase in recent years. I appreciate all of your support and referrals. Feel free to get in touch via private email, text or phone. The link below has been updated with my new prices.

Thank you for your continued business!

Great fall day for a small backyard wedding. I don't photograph as many weddings as I used to, but had fun getting back in the saddle. I also have a wedding video project coming out soon.
