TIP 1
Stop tying every balloon individually.

Tie 2 balloons together instead.
Faster + way easier on your fingers.

TIP 2
DITCH the balloon arch tape.

Use 260 balloons instead!

Tie your 260 balloons together…

Attach them to your first balloon cluster…

Then wrap them around each new cluster in a figure 8.

One or two 260 balloons can hold several clusters!

TIP 3
Want that full, fluffy look?

Use large rubber bands to add smaller balloon clusters.

Loop the rubber band around a balloon already in your garland.

So easy. 🙌

Every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at My Play Place in Anthem, our little Friendship Explorers gather for a playful, interactive class designed to help children build meaningful social skills while having FUN.

Rather than simply telling children what to do, we invite them into the conversation—asking questions, practicing together, and helping them discover what friendship skills can look like in real-life situations.

🌲✨ Welcome to Friendship Forest! ✨🌲

Every Thursday, our little friends step into a new adventure designed to help them build real-life friendship skills through play, stories, practice, and connection.

From our Friendship Forest Promise and adventures with Buddy Bear + our puppet friends, to Story Time, hands-on activities, coloring and reflection pages, there’s something new to explore each week. Parents also receive a Parent Campfire handout so the learning can continue at home. 💛

And one of our favorite parts? 🏅 Each child earns a special badge for every friendship skill they learn and practice along the way!

There’s something extra special about watching a child create something that is completely their own. ✨

At our FOUR-ever Sweet birthday party, the kids got to slow down, get creative, and make a little birthday magic of their own—from decorating tiny T-shirts for their adopted teddy bears 🧸 to mixing up the sweetest cloud dough sensory treats. 🍦

Because some of the experiences children remember most aren’t just what they see at a party… they’re what they get to do.

Crafts and hands-on activities give little guests a chance to create, explore, laugh together, and walk away with something that reminds them of the fun they had long after the party is over.

A little closer look at our FOUR-ever Sweet Ice Cream Sundae Sensory Bar 🍦🍓✨

Seriously… could this activity be any sweeter?! From the dreamy pastel “ice cream” flavors to all of the colorful toppings and sprinkles, this sensory bar was such a fun addition to this sweet-themed birthday celebration. 💕🍨

And the best part? These smell ohhhh so good! 😍 The kiddos got to scoop, sprinkle, mix, create their own pretend sundaes, and take their sweet little creations home to keep playing.

This might officially be one of my favorite kids’ party crafts of all time. It’s colorful, sensory-friendly, interactive, adorable as part of the party setup, AND doubles as a take-home favor. Win, win, win! 🙌🏼✨

Pretty in Pink perfection 🎀💗✨

This birthday setup was truly a pink lover’s DREAM! We layered every shade of pink into a gorgeous balloon garland, then added playful pom-poms and a sparkly tinsel backdrop for that extra pop of birthday magic.

But our favorite detail? The sweetest little Pretty in Pink picnic turned Candy Necklace Bar! 🍬💕 Each kiddo got to create their own candy necklaces and bracelets—snacking, designing, and showing off their sugary creations before heading out for swimming, Slip ’N Slide fun, and plenty of sunshine. ☀️

Sweet treats, pink details, summer fun, and memories with friends… this was definitely a birthday party to remember. 💖

Because really… can you ever go wrong with pink? 🎀

The Friendship Forest is officially opening tomorrow! 🌲✨🦊🐼

Here’s a little peek at our class-prep haul for our newest children’s social-emotional wellness class at My Play Place in Anthem, beginning tomorrow, Thursday, August 13 at 10:30 AM!

Over the next 12 weeks, we’ll be exploring 12 different social skills through our Friendship Forest story series—helping little ones practice the skills that make friendships feel a little easier, more confident, and more fun. 💛

Each week will include:
🌲 Songs & movement
📚 Storytime with our Friendship Forest friends
🎭 Role play & social skills practice
🎨 Hands-on activities and crafts
🏅 AND a special Friendship Badge each child can earn to celebrate their bravery, effort, and new skill!

We’ll be learning everything from making new friends and patiently waiting our turn to speaking up, setting boundaries, being flexible, navigating conflict, and so much more.

✨ Class is included with your My Play Place day play pass or membership!

Because we want to keep the group small enough for kiddos to participate, practice, and connect, we’re aiming to cap each class at around 15 children, so we highly recommend RSVPing directly with My Play Place if you’d like to join us.
