This Friday, we will be having fried catfish with french fries and coleslaw. So, come on out to the club and bring a friend, support the club, and enjoy yourself. We will be selling 50/50 tickets, pull-tabs, and we will also conduct the Friday Night Drawing. The pot is currently $15,010 Maybe hit a jackpot on the video poker machines.

This Friday, your amazing fish crew is excited to introduce walleye fillets to our line up! We'll also be serving your favorites - fried catfish, shrimp, and tilapia (fried or seared). All meals are paired with coleslaw and fries. Join us from 5-7pm

St. Patrick’s Raffle
This Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 6 PM is our St. Patrick’s Day Raffle. Proceeds will support providing the snack bags for the Honor Flight Members and their Guests. Donations are appreciated as well. Simply indicate that your donation is specifically for the Honor Flights and keep in mind contributions to Peoria Elks Lodge 20 are tax deductible. Tickets may be purchased at the Club from the bartender, Friday night during our dinner hours or Saturday prior to the drawing. The price is $5 per ticket or 6 tickets for $25.

St. Patty’s Day Dinner
The St. Patty’s Day dinner will be March 15th serving food 1pm to 5pm and music by Billy Washburn from 4pm to 7pm. We will be serving corned beef and cabbage with all the fixings.

Honor Flights
As in the past, the Peoria Elks Lodge 20 will be handling the snack bags for the Honor Flights. We also like to send a couple of Elks Veterans to the Airport to greet and hand out the snack bags to the Honor Flight guests. If you would be interested in going to the Airport around 4 am on Tuesday, May 6th or Tuesday, July 1st to assist with snack bag distribution, please let any Officer of the Elks know.

St. Patrick’s Raffle
You will soon receive a letter from the Lodge informing you of our intentions to conduct another St. Patrick’s Day Raffle. The raffle drawing will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 6 PM during our St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the club. For those planning to attend Jack Trompeter’s visitation, there was a publishing error on the online obituary. The visitation will be held at Wright and Salmon Mortuary - located at 2416 N. North St Peoria, IL 61604, on Thursday, February 6 from 4-7. There will also be a celebration of life at the club on Friday, February 7 from 1-4 following the funeral.

Looking for volunteers to support Pilgrims Progress Food Pantry. Pilgrim's Progress is one of Food Pantries that helped Lodge 20 with Food Basket distributions. There are two opportunities: 1) Help unload food trailer on second Tuesday of the month. 2) Electrician to move light switch across room closer to new entry doors. Contact Mike Menke if interested.

Christmas Baskets
Christmas Basket Raffle is in process. To-date 1192 sold (80%), only 308 remaining. Tickets are $5 each or 6 Tickets for $25. Tickets can be purchased from Bartender. Mail in request is also available (Form sent to each household). Proceeds from raffle benefit the Lodge Building Fund to continue external building improvements. Drawing is less than 2 weeks away. Drawing at 5:00 on December 21st.

Christmas Baskets have been expanded back to 90 Food Boxes. The Food Boxes will include both dry good and perishable items. The 90 Food boxes will be split between four local food pantries. Plan to deliver Food boxes the week of December 8th. Food Boxes will be packed on December 5th at 10:00. If you can help it would be appreciated. More information will be sent later. Thank you for your generosity to the Elks National Foundation. Because of your donations, two grants were received from the Foundation to cover the cost of food.

Tom and Jerry Party
The annual Tom and Jerry Party is 12/21 from 2pm to 6pm. Christmas Raffle will be drawn at 5pm. Bring a snack to share and music is by Billy Washburn.
